1. ISO2531 Certified K9 Grade Ductile Cast Iron Base Material
Manufactured from premium K9 grade nodular ductile cast iron in full accordance with ISO 2531 international standard. Compared with ordinary cast iron pipes, our product owns outstanding tensile strength, ductility and impact resistance, effectively avoiding brittle fracture during transportation, backfilling and long-term underground operation, adapting to complex geological roadbed environments.

2. Protective Black Bitumen Anti-Corrosion Paint Coating
The outer surface is evenly covered with thick black bitumen anti-corrosion paint after derusting treatment. This coating forms a dense isolation layer to block contact between iron pipe and soil, groundwater, acid & alkali substances, greatly slowing down oxidation and corrosion. It effectively prolongs pipeline service life even in humid, saline underground working conditions.

3. Smooth Inner Lining for Stable Water Delivery
The inner wall adopts professional smooth protective lining, which reduces water flow friction loss, improves water delivery efficiency, and prevents sediment adhesion and pipeline blockage. Ideal for long-distance municipal drinking water supply and wastewater discharge projects.

4. Outstanding Pressure & Load Bearing Performance
K9 class ductile iron structure supports high internal water pressure and external soil vehicle load, perfectly matching buried underground installation requirements for urban roads, residential areas, industrial zones and park irrigation systems.
